How a search works

• Job orderYou send a signed job order: the role, the compensation range, and the required qualifications. I don't submit anyone before this.
• SourcingI source candidates from my own industry network and screen them fully before you see a resume.
• SubmissionI submit candidates in writing, with what I learned in screening.
• InterviewsYou interview and give timely feedback, and I keep the search moving with regular updates.
• Offer and startI help with the offer. The fee is due within 30 days of the candidate's start date.
• GuaranteeIf the hire's employment ends within 60 days of the start date, I run a replacement search at no additional fee.

Terms in plain language

• The fee is 20% of the placed candidate's first-year base salary, paid by you, the employer.
• The guarantee is a replacement, not a refund.
• A candidate I submit in writing is mine for 12 months from the submission date. If you hire that candidate within that time, the fee applies.
• Candidates are never charged a fee of any kind, directly or indirectly.
